The wizzarding world has it's own mini support system, they own land and have subordinates with supreme military knowledge . These subordinates are sometimes chosen before the wizard/witch comes of magical age and he/she begins training under the supervision of the council , they do posses only minimal magical powers which allow them to recognize activities associated with supernatural creatures. During the Great Wars they possessed the ranks of Lieutenant Generals . Recruited whilst they are infants and spend much of their extended lifetime practicing several forms of combat and studying .
